LOUISVILLE -- A judge is expected to rule on several motions in the James Taylor wrongful death lawsuit.Taylor was shot dead by police while handcuffed in 2002.Officers Michael O'Neil and Brian Luckett both are being sued by Taylor's estate for what family members say was a wrongful shooting.
