LOUISVILLE -- An inmate at the Jefferson County Jail confirmed that she gave a sheriff's deputy oral sex in a holding cell in exchange for two cigarettes.
"We moved from one cell to another, so we would not be shown on security cameras and tapes," Nicole Kitchenmaster told WLKY NewsChannel 32's Bill Alexander in a telephone interview Wednesday.
Kitchenmaster, who said she made the exchange only once with Deputy John Robert Kyser, added that other female inmates made similar exchanges."I know of other victims he did it with," she said.A Jefferson County sheriff's deputy is accused of having a female inmate perform oral sex on him in exchange for two cigarettes.Kyser denies the charges, but has had his police powers suspended and he's on administrative leave, Alexander reported. He was in court Wednesday to face misconduct charges."This case is in its infancy," said Kyser's attorney, Rob Johnson. "We haven't seen any of the evidence. If there is any for these alledged charges, we're going to be back in court in a few weeks and we'll know more then."Please follow WLKY NewsChannel 32 and TheLouisvilleChannel.com for updates to this story as they become available.
