Former Police Chief Awaits Friday Arraignment

A part-time Hardin County sheriff's deputy resigned after facing accusations of voyeurism.

Russell Anderson, 67, is accused of videotaping a child changing clothes in a bathroom in his home, WLKY NewsChannel 32 reported.

According to state police, a woman and her daughter visited Anderson's home to go swimming recently, and the girl found the camera in a laundry basket.

Anderson, a former police chief in Vine Grove, will be arraigned Friday.
