His name and condition aren't being released, but WLKY NewsChannel 32's Maria Gum reported that the accident took place shortly after midnight Monday at Audobon Hospital. After some preliminary treatment at Audobon, the man was taken to University Hospital for further examination.
It's not clear if the man meant to drive into the facility, because it appeared that once the collision took place, he put his car in reverse, then forward again.
