Camm Trial Turns To Finances

Insurance Policies Discussed Friday

The trial of David Camm continued Friday with testimony about family finances.

Camm, a former Indiana State Police trooper, is charged with killing his wife, Kimberly, and his two children, Jill and Bradley, in their Georgetown, Ind., home in September 2000.

Prosecutors argued Friday that Camm stood to inherit money from an insurance policy his wife had through her employer, WLKY NewsChannel32 reported.

Prosecutors also said that Camm took out an insurance policy on his family two months before he died, WLKY reported.

The policies would provide Camm with $688,000 if his family died, according to the prosecution.

Testimony in the Camm trial resumes Monday.
